AIMAN College Of Arts And Science For Women,Trichy became the member institute of ICT Academy in 2019. ICT Academy is an initiative of the Government of India in association with the state Governments and Industries.ICT Academy is a not-for-profit society, the first of its kind pioneer venture under the Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) model that endeavors to train the higher education teachers and students thereby exercises on developing the next generation teachers and industry ready students. ICT Academy has been actively involved in strengthening India's visions on Skill India, Digital India, Startup India and Make in India.
With the training of teachers and to equip faculty members with required skills and knowledge, ICT Academy pursues the Faculty Development Program as its primary objective. Also, they offer self-learning courses like Learnathon, Skillathon for the students to develop their skills in the recent development; Entrepreneurship Development and Youth Talk to empower the youth by proving their talents; Industry- Institute Interaction, Digital Empowerment; and Research & Publications.
ICT Academy BRIDGE
ICT Academy BRIDGE, a flagship conference of ICT Academy aims to bridge the industry-academia gap. ICT Academy BRIDGE is a confluence of Educators, Researchers, Corporate, Solution Providers, and Policy-makers to find possible solutions and answers to some of the most challenging, critical and relevant questions we face in the educational ecosystem. The conference engages various stakeholders to seize opportunities to transform from theories to practice and become indispensable in the new digital world. Started in the year 2011, the conference has been receiving an overwhelming response from all the stakeholders of the knowledge ecosystem. Having reached multiple cities across India, ICT Academy BRIDGE has emerged a high impact industry-institute interaction event of India with 42 editions completed as of June 2019. The 45th Edition of ICT Academy was held on IIT, Research Park Chennai on 26th of February 2020.

The 46th Edition of BRIDGE Conference was scheduled on Nagercoil - Kanyakumari Dt on 28th March 2021 (Monday) at Hotel Sahana Castle, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari Dt from 09.00 Am to 04.30 Pm. Hon'ble Minister for Information Technology Thiru T. Mano Thangaraj was the chief guest for the conference, The theme of this edition is Future of Work, which brought together industry experts, academic leaders and Government policymakers to help people upskill and future-proof themselves, which was the defining challenge of our time.

ICT Academy BRIDGE '23 Madurai was organized on 30 September 2023at Madurai with the theme 'Building Human Capital for a Trillion-Dollar Digital Economy' which was the convergence of policymakers, industry leaders, tech experts, and academic leaders with the aim to tap Tamil Nadu's vast human capital to achieve its target of a $1 trillion economy by 2030.
The event featured an exceptional line-up of speakers from government, industry, and academia sharing strategic perspectives and unparalleled insights into the latest human capital development practices across the globe that help institutions to uncover true human potential
